Robert M. Kramer

Robert M. Kramer is President of Kramer Green PA He earned his Master of Law in Taxation from the University of Miami, and both his Juris Doctor and Bachelor’s degrees from the University of Florida.

Mr. Kramer’s law practice focuses primarily on Asset Protection Planning, Estate Planning and Probate, Pension Planning, Corporate and Tax Law, and Charitable Giving. He is responsible for formulating Wealth Preservation Strategies and Organizational Structures to maximize tax benefits and minimize creditors’ risk.

He serves on the Board of Trustees of Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden and is Chairman Emeritus of the Board of Boys and Girls Clubs of Miami-Dade, Inc.
