Brad J. Mitchell is an associate in the office of Kramer, Green, Zuckerman, Greene & Buchsbaum, P.A. Mr. Mitchell received his Juris Doctor from The Florida State University College of Law. While in law school, Mr. Mitchell served as a Legal Extern with the Florida Attorney General’s Criminal Appeals Division in Tallahassee as well as a legal intern to Judge Rayford Means on the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas in Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania.
After law school, Mr. Mitchell served as an Assistant-State Attorney in the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office where he prosecuted hundreds of crimes ranging from felony charges punishable by life in prison to misdemeanor charges such as driving under the influence. During his time as an Assistant State Attorney, Mr. Mitchell gained invaluable courtroom experience, trying twenty jury trials and approximately fifty bench trials to verdict.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Mitchell practiced construction litigation at a boutique firm in Coral Gables, Florida. A native of Long Island, New York, Mr. Mitchell earned his Bachelor of Science degree in business administration and a minor in philosophy from Nova Southeastern University.
Mr. Mitchell lives in Cooper City, Florida with his wife and three children.
